It has two operating segment Exploration division, Chemical division. The exploration division comprises the exploration, development, and production of oil and gas projects in the United states, and the Chemical division comprises clean oil technology and business (HCD) around the world. It operates operate out of the Malaysian, United States and Melbourne offices.
